Join us as we celebrate HUD's Michael German and his accomplishments as the 2009 Service to America Medal Citizen Services award winner. Mr. German is being honored for creating partnerships to reduce homelessness with more than 850 state and local leaders, which have contributed to a 30 percent reduction in long-term homelessness.

Additionally, Mr. German would like to recognize all those who have contributed to his accomplishments.
